From Auburn
Road near Dupont, enter at the Debrands entrance traffic light and turn left into the parking lot
toward Sylvan Learning Center, look for Steppin' Up Physical Therapy.
Our new studio
is equipped with a sprung floor, mirrors and barres.
So what is a sprung floor? It is a floor that is raised off of the
foundation floor with the proper amount of give in it to absorb the impact of
dance on the joints, without giving too much rebound. We are very excited
to have a sprung floor in our new facility!
